You retain full ownership of all content you upload and all AI-generated outputs. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your creations.

You may not use Nova AI to create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights. Creating non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real individuals without consent is strictly prohibited.
You retain full ownership of all AI-generated outputs. You grant Nova AI a limited license to process your uploads for generating your requested output. This license terminates when you delete your content.
Paid subscribers receive full commercial usage rights for all generated content. Free users may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
